  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

  • If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

5. Customized Stitching

  • Customized stitched outfits are made according to the measurements and details provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

  • Fasaha Fashions UAE is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

  • Customized or stitched products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Shipping

  • We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Ready-to-wear orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Customized stitching orders require approximately 12–15 business days for delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Fasaha Fashions UAE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
