Refund policy

At Fasaha Fashions UAE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or stitched outfits.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged during delivery.

  • Defective.

  • Incorrectly shipped.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Customized Stitching Orders

All customized or stitched orders are made according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

Because these products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Fasaha Fashions UAE will cover the return shipping cost.
